DODGE VIPER SRT

      The big VIPER is back - all new 2013 SRT viper was unveiled in the 2012 New York Motor Show. The 5th generation of the American super car is built with superior craftsmanship, an array of new technologies and a 640 BHP super performance engine. The happiest thing for me, an auto enthusiast is - the icon of Chrysler group is not going to die..

      For 2013, two models of Viper are available - The SRT and the SRT - GTS. Both offer an interior and exterior made with premium materials etched on a carbon fiber aluminium body. The SRT is ment for extreme performance lovers, while the GTS is added with more technological and interior comforts.

DESIGN / Interior:

      The interior is purely driver oriented. The two seater car's interior is fully leather covered with dual tone color for the seats, doors and center console. The seats and seat belts are of high standard quality racing material. The vehicle is built to race, with the seating position being reduced by 20 mm and seat travel increased by 90 mm, increasing the driving comfort. For machine - driver interface, there is a 7 inch full color instrument cluster display with a wide range of custom options.

Exterior:

      Aggressive and functional. The carbon fiber aluminium hood, roof, and door panels helps in a significant reduction in weight and increases the stability. The forward hinged hood houses the Viper badge and the V 10 engine. Another element to be mentioned is the fenfder grills, which is a traditional Viper design cue and also helps in increasing the cooling of the engine compartment. The roof is of traditional 'double bubble' type, which gives additional head room for the helmate while race driving. Bi - xenon head lamps are packed with LED indicators and day time running lights, which gives the cluster a look similar to a snakes eye. The side profile is similar to the traditional Viper, with an air flow outlet near the front door, which makes the vehicle more aerodynamic and stable. At the rear, for the first time, Viper is given with LED tail lights and hyper black inserts in the bumper. The silencers are integrated on the side body panel, near the rear wheel.

LEXUS LF - CC

      Following the world premiere of the award winning sports coupe, the LF - LC, LEXUS is now coming with a new mid segment concept coupe - Lexus LF - CC concept, which is premiered in the 2012 Paris Motor Show. The full hybrid rear wheel drive concept shares many design elements with the LF CC coupe and this concept will be an inspiration for the new D segment Lexuses in future.

DESIGN / Interior:

      The total design of the car is based on new L - theme design language. The famous Lexus 'spindle' grille starts from the ending of the bonnet and extends over to the tip of the bumper with a radical zig shape. Grille is fully chrome plated mesh type. The sporty cutting at the side of the grille integrates an air intake and makes the front really 3D. The three high beam head lamps are placed between the upper and lower fender with separate day time running light. A unique shoulder line starts from the tip of the grille and extends over the bonnet and merge over to the door panels and end at the tail lamps, over the integrated spoiler. Side profile is sharp and sporty with an air scoop cutting on the body near the rear wheel. this plays a major role in increasing the vehicle's aerodynamics. The rear is purely Lexus. The bumper is merging over to the rear wheel arches. The LED indicators are very sporty and extend over to the dickey door. The stop light is fitted on the shark antenna.

Interior:

     The interior gives a clue about what we can expect in the future models of Lexus and also introduces a more developed version of the 'Human Machine Interface' of the Lexus. The dash board consists of two parts, the upper zone for display and lower zone for operations. This makes the cabin spacious and functional. The driving position is low profiled and focused just like what you can see in an F1 car.

BMW ZAGATO COUPE

      Yet another head turning coupe with artistical elegance, unmatched luxury and catching sportiness. The BMW Zagato is the child of a successful collaboration between the BMW and the Italian coach builder Zagato.

DESIGN / Interior:

      The car in simple terms can be defined as an Italian beauty with Bevarian tradition. The front is so elegantly designed with low set kidney grille with a mesh like Z design, double doom focused head lamps and an LED eye brow. the air dams are thin and separated and is slightly different from the traditional BMW style. The bonnet is very long and catches the attention, especially when taking turns. The character lines on the bonnet ends above the kidney and holds the BMW logo. Embedded air intakes on the curved bonnet makes the vehicle a race derivative. The side profile is some what similar to the predecessor, the Z 3. Indicators are integrated on the wheel arches. The air scoops on the side of the bonnet extends over to the front door and is slightly different - it lacks the BMW logo. The rear wheel arches is bulged out ward and merge over to the integrated spoiler on the rear. the tail is so simple and radical with the smoke finish tail lamps that actually spread through out the rear with the BMW logo at its middle. The multi colored bumper holds twin exhaust pipes and the number plate.

 Interior:
       In an open top roadster, it is often the interior that catches the attention first. The BMW designers were aware of this fact very much. The interior is not a typical BMW, but still luxurious and spacious. It is a perfect blend of black and brown leather with brushed aluminium inserts. Switches are elegantly laid around the centre console, Seats are very sporty and supportive with integrated head rests.
